You can pay with:
- Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners circuits)
- Paypal
Cash on delivery — additional fee of €4.90 (maximum amount accepted: €500.00), payable to the courier upon delivery. The fee is automatically added to the order total. Cash on delivery is not available for orders under €60.00 and for new customers on their first order.
Bank Transfer (you will be able to view the necessary details which will also be sent to you in the order confirmation email).
- Satispay.
You can request a tax invoice during the purchase process by entering your VAT number or tax code, certified email (PEC) address, and SDI Recipient Code. It will not be possible to obtain the invoice once the order has been completed.
If you wish to order online and pick up in-store, please note that it is not possible to pay for an online order in the store: payment must be made at the time of order using Credit Card, PayPal, or Satispay.
Paying by bank transfer is easy.
On the order confirmation page, you will find all the necessary details to make the transfer (Account holder, IBAN, amount, payment reference). These details will also be sent to you via email.
Your order will remain pending until the bank transfer is received. If payment is not received within 3 business days, the order will be cancelled, and the goods will be put back up for sale.
It is possible to modify an order only if the request is received within a few minutes of order confirmation.
It is generally not possible to cancel an order; however, if the request is received within a few minutes of order confirmation, our staff will check if it's possible to cancel it, provided it hasn't already been processed.
