What are the shipping costs?

Express courier shipping is free for orders over €99.00 unless otherwise indicated; for orders under €99.00, the shipping cost is €9.00.

Bulky items For items requiring special packaging, a surcharge of €5.00 will be applied automatically at checkout.

Who will deliver my order?

Your order will be entrusted to our express courier partner, which is currently GLS.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

If you have requested home delivery, your order will be delivered within 2-3 working days from the purchase date, depending on your location.

However, we would like to point out that over 90% of orders are delivered within 24-48 working hours!

Is it possible to track the shipment of my order?

Certainly! For orders with home delivery, you will receive an email from us and then from the courier with the shipping tracking code as soon as it has been dispatched.

When will the product I'm looking for be back in stock?

All models, colors, and sizes currently available for online purchase are listed on our website. We invite you to activate the "notify me when available" notification if you wish to stay updated regarding the restocking of a product. Product and size restocks are carried out periodically, following seasonality and availability: it is therefore not possible to provide a precise date when a certain size or model will be back in stock.
