How long do I have to return an item purchased at your store?
Returns are normally not accepted for a product viewed and approved, in accordance with current regulations, excluding reasons related to product warranty or agreements previously made with customer service.
Depending on the case, we will exchange the item or issue a store credit of equal value. No cash refunds are given for in-store purchases. Returns are not accepted for sale items that have gone out of production.
How do in-store returns work?
If agreed upon with customer service, returns are accepted only upon presentation of the proof of purchase issued at the time of sale and the complete product in its original box.
What are the payment methods available in-store?
In all our stores, you can pay with: • Cash; • Credit card (- Visa circuits, - Mastercard,); • Debit card; • Satispay.
I would like to exchange an item purchased in-store, but more than 30 days have passed.
Exchanges beyond the deadline in-store are only possible with prior authorization from customer service, which can be contacted by clicking here. Please send us a photo of the item, a photo of the box, and proof of purchase. We will be happy to do our best to help you.
Is it possible to return products purchased with Tax Free mode in-store?
It is not possible to make in-store returns for purchases made with Tax Free mode.
