How can I pay for my purchases?
You can pay with:
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners circuits)
- PayPal
- Cash on delivery for orders between €60.00 and €500.00 (with an additional cost of €4.90 for cash on delivery fees). Not available for new customers on their first order.

Bank Transfer (you will be able to view the necessary details which will also be sent to you in the order confirmation email)

Can I request an invoice for my purchases?
You can request a tax invoice during the purchase process by entering your VAT number or tax code, and your certified email address (PEC). It will not be possible to obtain an invoice once the order has been concluded.
Can I pay for an order in-store at the time of pickup?
If you wish to order online and request in-store pickup, please note that it is not possible to pay for an order placed online in-store: payment must be made at the time of order with a Credit Card or PayPal.
How does bank transfer payment work?
Paying by bank transfer is simple.
On the order confirmation page, you will find all the necessary details to make the bank transfer (Account holder, IBAN, amount, reason for payment). These details will also be sent to you via email.
Your order will remain pending until the transfer is received. If payment is not received within 3 working days, the order will be cancelled, and the goods will be put back on sale.
Can I modify an order?
It is only possible to modify an order if the request is received within a few minutes of order confirmation.
Can I cancel an order?
It is generally not possible to cancel an order; if the request is received within a few minutes of order confirmation, our staff will check if it is possible to cancel it, provided it has not already been processed.
