All communications regarding any complaints must be sent to this address. All products for sale are supplied by Hobby Pesca & Acquari di Morini Eugenio (HP&A), with registered office in Via Della Repubblica 105 Casalmaggiore (CR),
VAT no. 00867350191 - Registered with the Cremona Chamber of Commerce n.CR 118069.
ORDER FULFILLMENT.
Order processing time 1-2 working days.
The goods are shipped to the Customer with free packaging and are accompanied by legally required documents.
The goods will be shipped carriage free for amounts over €99.00, unless otherwise indicated.
Orders received will be processed by HP&A, subject to partial or total unavailability of the requested products. If the purchased product is not available, HP&A will inform the Customer by phone or e-mail. The goods are shipped with packaging accompanied by a shipping document listing the requested items. Packaging and shipping costs are borne by HP&A; for orders under 99.00 euros, the Customer will be charged a contribution of 9.00 euros.
PAYMENT METHODS:
ELECTRONIC PAYMENTS
We accept the following payment methods:
Credit and Debit Cards Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro. All transactions are protected with SSL encryption and your card data is not stored on our servers.
PayPal: Pay securely with your PayPal account or as a guest using your credit/debit card, without sharing data with us.
The amount is charged at the time of order confirmation. All transactions are protected according to PCI-DSS security standards.
PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER
In the case of an ordinary advance bank transfer, the Customer will receive the bank details (IBAN code) via e-mail upon confirmation of the order by Hobby Pesca e Acquari. The goods will be shipped after the amount has been credited to our bank account.
CASH ON DELIVERY
Cash payment made to the courier at the time of order delivery. This payment method is valid only for Italy, for orders between €60.00 and €500.00, with an additional charge for cash on delivery fees of €4.90 which will be automatically added to the order total.
Cash on delivery is not available for new customers placing their first order.
Remember to prepare the exact amount for the courier upon delivery as they do not give change.
INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS WITH KLARNA
Pay conveniently in installments for up to 12 months. With Klarna, you can easily and securely spread the payment directly at checkout. The financing conditions and any interest depend on the chosen payment plan.
ABSOLUTE GUARANTEES.
HP&A guarantees the replacement of any item that is found to be defective, damaged or shipped in error due to the responsibility of its employees.
The Customer may return the goods by a means of their choice, enclosing the shipping documentation, indicating the reasons for the return, and in the case of defective material, specifying the nature of the defect. The items must be intact and in their original packaging, with the package re-packed. Shipping must be carriage free.
The warranty on individual products is linked to the manufacturer's original warranty.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL.
If, for other reasons, the Customer is not satisfied with the ordered items, they will have the right to exercise the right of withdrawal without any penalty and without the need to specify the reason, pursuant to article 5 of Legislative Decree 185/99.
To withdraw from the purchase, the Customer must notify us of this intention no later than 10 working days from the receipt of the purchased products. The communication must be made by e-mail to info@hobbypescaeacquari.com with a read receipt and must specify the purchased products and contain the express intention to withdraw from the purchase.
RETURN OF GOODS.
By exercising the right of withdrawal, the Customer may return the ordered items, provided they are intact and in their original packaging, by shipping them at their own expense using any means of their choice.
Should HP&A receive returned items that are damaged or tampered with, even during return shipping, it will not refund the amounts paid by the Customer for the purchase of the products. Once the goods have been received, HP&A will promptly, and in any case within 30 days of receiving the return request email, refund the amount due, deducting any shipping costs and interbank commissions if not charged in the first shipment.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to out-of-production clearance items.
The transport costs of items under warranty, replacement or withdrawal are always borne by the customer.
INVOICING.
Anyone wishing to receive an invoice must request it at the time of ordering by entering the requested data and their tax code, VAT number, SDI code, and Pec address.
