All merchandise is delivered to the customer by courier.

The goods are shipped to the customer with free packaging and are accompanied by legally compliant documents. Supplements may apply for some types of bulky packages at checkout.
Goods will be shipped carriage paid for amounts exceeding 99.00 Euros, unless otherwise indicated. Venice, Livigno, smaller islands, and international shipments are excluded from the sales conditions, for which different rates and advance payment are required.
Couriers do not call before delivery. The request to be called before delivery is a paid service for the courier. You will in any case receive an informative email from the courier regarding the delivery.
With cash on delivery shipments, the package is delivered to the customer's home by the courier and the customer will pay the amount indicated on the package in cash.
IMPORTANT:
Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to check: that the packaging is intact, not damaged, not wet or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps).
Any damage to the packaging and/or the product or discrepancies in the number of packages must be immediately reported by adding a WRITTEN RESERVATION FOR INSPECTION (specifying the reason for the reservation, e.g., "packaging torn," "packaging damaged," etc.) on the courier's proof of delivery. Once the courier's document has been signed, the customer cannot dispute the external characteristics of what was delivered. We decline all responsibility if these instructions are not followed.

Delivery by express courier generally takes 1 or 2 working days following the day of shipment.
For shipments to Southern Italy, Islands, and disadvantaged locations, delivery times are generally 2 to 4 working days. Rates for smaller islands are different and will be communicated on a case-by-case basis.
SATISFACTION OR YOUR MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
If the customer, for any reason, does not wish to keep the items received, Hobby Pesca & Acquari undertakes to refund or replace them, provided that they are returned to Hobby Pesca & A. with the items intact and in their original condition, by repackaging the parcel and sending it back carriage paid. Returns sent carriage forward will not be accepted.
Hobby Pesca & Acquari guarantees the application of Law 185 of 22/5/99 on consumer protection.
The warranty on individual products is linked to the original manufacturer's warranty.
