Upgrade your Tempest RS shelter with a multi-functional Thermal Shield that combines thermal-reflective fabrics and remote-controlled LED ambient lighting. An extra-long light strip with 121 colour-changing LEDs is positioned at the front of the shelter, to illuminate the main working area and minimise light pollution projected over the water directly in front.
This light strip offers six colour options and six brightness settings, allowing you to tailor the ambient lighting to your needs. All settings can be conveniently adjusted from your bed with the included remote control. The settings can also be managed through the integrated control module in the cable. The unit is powered by a supplied 16,000 mAh battery pack, which also doubles as an emergency phone charger.
The main function of the Thermal Shield is to reduce condensation inside the shelter; however, due to its clever thermal-reflective silver lining, it also offers thermal qualities. While a Skull Cap creates shade to keep you cool in the summer months, this silver-backed support helps to retain heat in the winter months, creating an all-year-round shelter that protects you from the elements.
