Trakker Sanctuary Cradle

The Sanctuary Cradle and Cradle XL unhooking mats provide protection and safety on the bank. They have been designed to make operations such as handling, unhooking and photographing a large fish as safe as they are simple. The dimensions of the cradles, together with the minimum height settings, have been optimised keeping in mind both the needs of the fish and the anglers. The cradles feature our specific stable and multi-functional internal lining made of durable 420D PVC, which is easy to clean and fish-friendly. It can be used to lay the fish on and hold water to keep it hydrated. It can also be removed from the cradle and placed over the fish as a temporary cover to calm it down. The internal lining is fully removable from the cradle. This allows it to be easily cleaned and dried to prevent the spread of aquatic bacteria. The base of the cradle is made entirely from our fast-draining mesh fabric, which is also used for our Sanctuary Retention Slings. This allows water to easily pass through the mesh weave and then drain away. Six fully adjustable legs and wide swivelling mud feet keep the cradles stable and level to adapt to any terrain, while both outer rows of legs feature locking pins for added security. At one end there is a large pocket for storing scales and essential carp care products. This same pocket collects and forms a cover with a clip to the cradle when folded, making it compact and practical to store. A laminated carp care guide is featured on both the frame and the solid internal cover, and both come with a zipped carry bag with shoulder strap and handles.
