The Connect Deep Pan & Griddle Granite Edition features removable cool-touch low heat conductive handles and a detachable hinge system that turns one pan into two: one deep-sided pot and one separate griddle pan.
The griddle pan acts as a lid on the deeper pot and can be detached to become a separate frying pan, allowing you to cook two batches of food simultaneously. The griddle pan is also interchangeable with the RidgeMonkey Connect Sandwich Toaster Granite Edition.
