Most anglers will have heard of the spinner rig as it has been heavily featured in many of our videos, and is a firm favourite of many of our sponsored anglers, but if you don’t have the time or the confidence to tie your own then this ready-tied version is the perfect solution.
This Spinner Hook version is the only rig in the ready-tied range available in a size 5. This hook pattern has been designed specifically for use with the Spinner Rig. The 55-degree angle of the eye follows the direction of a kicker which allows the hook to sit perfectly when used with a buoyant hookbait. In addition, the long, sweeping shank opens up the gape of the hook when mounted on the Spinner Swivel, offering the best hooking potential.
These Spinner rigs throughout the range are constructed in exactly the same way as all of our top anglers would do so, and feature a 5.5 inch Boom hook link with either a Krank, Kurv Shank or Spinner hook attached via one of our Spinner Swivels which has been crimped into place to provide a very strong connection.
At the other end there is a crimped loop which can be attached to any of our quick change systems. The rig can be used multiple times just by changing the hook, which is very easy to do. You have a choice of either size 4 or 6 hooks (with a size 5 available in the Spinner Hook version), in either barbed or barbless. The new Spinner Rig version has two rigs per pack, Krank and Kurv come with one rig per pack.
