Korda Big Eye Swivel

Korda Big Eye Swivels are swivels with one large eye and one standard size 8 eye.

Like all our swivels, they come from the best Japanese manufacturers and feature our anti-glare finish.

They have three main uses...

Firstly, they are perfect for creating excellent running rigs when used to replace the normal swivels connecting the lead. They were originally designed as an integral part of the Running Rig Kit, but after numerous requests, we had to add them to the range.

The second use is for creating helicopter rigs. The large eye will rotate better if a large bead is used: considering that a smaller swivel would rub around the circumference of the larger bead, in this case, the large eye will rotate effortlessly around it.

They can also be used at the top of a marker float connection: the large eye will allow the line to run more easily than a standard swivel. No doubt you will find other uses that we have not listed.
