This "full fill" allows for fast baiting and also provides an even weight distribution, making the spod very stable in flight. Another benefit of the scoop design, in addition to easy loading, is that it allows for a wide spread of bait in the water, should you wish to create a large feeding area for fish, a particularly valid tactic when adopting a boilie-only approach or when fishing with multiple rods over an extended baited area.
