Tips for using corkballs to make corkball hookbaits:
Soak corkballs in liquid egg for a couple of hours before use
Use a tough hookbait mix to create your hookbait paste
Use one of our corkball pop-up rollers to roll your corkball hookbaits
Mould at least a 1mm skin of paste around the corkballs
Cook your hookbaits in hot (not boiling) water
Cook hookbaits for the minimum time (e.g., 2mm skin = 10-15 seconds)
Air dry your finished baits for at least 48 hours before use.
Air-dried baits do not need to be frozen. Store in a cool place/away from direct sunlight.
