These qualities have been achieved thanks to the use of precious Toray carbon of Japanese origin, processed according to the K1 weave, a solution that, in addition to emphasizing the sophistication of the blank, has ensured unrivaled technical qualities.
Fishing Performance
The rod excels in long-distance casting capability, a fundamental characteristic for reaching the furthest spots with precision and power.
It is very well suited for line management with both monofilament and braided lines, capable of dominating the catch in long-distance fights as well as in the final stages near the bank. The very wide power reserve allows the management of any carp, even in difficult areas where a few centimeters could change the outcome of the fight.
The Ultimate Rod
E.C.U. Empera has allowed the carp angler to have the Ultimate Rod, meaning a rod that can cover all the needs of the modern carp angler with a propensity for demanding tasks such as long-distance fishing or managing large fish.
We have chosen a line consisting (for now) of a single test curve, namely 13ft 3.5lb, a choice that perfectly adapts to the needs of every angler across the vast majority of frequented waters.

For a smoother action and especially to better utilize the precious blank, the E.C.U. Empera DST is fitted with Fuji K Series 50mm guides, with double-legged guides on the butt section and single-legged guides on the tip to limit bindings on the blank and improve the pleasure of fighting.
Full EVA butt and laser-etched tip follow the captivating translucent amaranto color look of the rod, rightfully positioning it among the best rods currently available.
