ADA BACTER 100 - 100 g

BACTER 100 contains over 100 different types of bacterial strains in a dormant state that activate upon contact with water. It optimizes the conditions of the substrate and the aquarium water, and also stabilizes the created ecosystem.

Functions of BACTER 100:

• Degrades organic matter into minerals that are absorbed by plants, improving water quality.
  
• Competes with harmful filter microorganisms and those responsible for diseases, inhibiting their growth.
  
• Prevents and hinders the formation of algae, improving water quality.
  
• Activates the intestinal bacteria of fish and shrimp, promoting their growth and keeping them healthy as in their natural environment.
  
• Inhibits and hinders the formation of cyanobacteria.

Dosage:

• When setting up the substrate, sprinkle BACTER 100 on the POWER SAND, administering 3 scoops per 2L package of POWER SAND.
  
• To recolonize the bacterial population of the filter, administer one scoop per liter of biological filter material into the filter monthly.
  
• To eliminate milky and cloudy water due to a filtration problem, administer 1 scoop of BACTER 100 directly into the aquarium water for every 20L of water. During this phase, CO2 should be turned off and an air pump activated until the water becomes clear again.
  
• For cyanobacteria covering the top of the substrate, it is recommended to uniformly cover the affected area with BACTER 100 and siphon it after 3 days.
