When we first launched the original Tackle Box we didn’t expect to be inundated with requests for a bigger version. However, when we logically thought about it, there is always tackle stored in other pouches, stuffed into side pockets, and left in the bottom of your bag. The Large Tackle Box negates all of that by offering enough space to store absolutely everything, neatly, securely, and organised, all in one place.
This versatile tackle box perfectly caters to every user’s needs, with 25 individual compartments built into the lid. Each section is topped with a clear, flip-top lid that not only protects your items but also allows you to easily identify contents at a glance. From swivels to shrink tubing and kickers to Heli-Safes, these compartments efficiently organise all your small terminal tackle items.
The lid also incorporates a veritable rig board, just like you would find in a Rig Safe, complete with a slotted and machined hook retention bar. The Rig Board can accommodate up to 56 pre-tied rigs and comes supplied with 30 single and 20 double pins to securely hold them in place. The ingenuity of this tackle box doesn’t stop there, the rig board contains an innovative rig bar that will hold your Spinner Booms without the need to have a hook attached. This is something Damian Clarke came up with for use within his Rig Safe, but now a similar idea has been developed for the Large Tackle Box. To complete the Rig Board there is a high-visibility ruler to assist you in constructing that perfect length rig or boom.
Remember, this is just in the lid of the Large Tackle Box and if all of that wasn’t enough, there is also another small board that will aid you greatly when tying rigs. We have added a small removable tray that allows you to temporarily place small rig components such as hook swivels, beads, and hooks in an easily accessible place ready for when you need them.
The Tackle Box’s spacious main compartment features adjustable dividers, allowing you to create custom sections to perfectly fit your items. Simply slide the partitions to design your ideal organisational layout; it includes a versatile set of removable dividers, 6 small, 1 medium, and 2 large, allowing you to endlessly reconfigure the storage space to suit your changing needs.
The permanent walls inside the Tackle Box are perfectly spaced to hold our Hooklink Spools, Accessory Boxes, Bait Floss, Leadcore, Arma Kord, Leader Safes, and Kamakura Hook Boxes, along with other items like scissors and baiting needles.
Compatible with our Mini Compartment Boxes (sold separately), the Large Tackle Box offers even more organisational possibilities. The mini boxes feature clear, flip-top lids and come in various configurations (6, 8, 9, or 16 compartments), perfect for storing smaller items. Built to last from tough, high-impact plastic, the lid secures firmly with magnetic catches, eliminating the risk of accidental opening during transit and preventing wear and tear on traditional clasps.
