The Pontec MultiClear Set 8000 is a compact and complete kit for ponds up to 8,000 liters without fish (4,000 L with fish). 💡 Expert tip: The MultiClear 8000 is ideal for medium-sized ornamental ponds with goldfish or common fish. Not suitable for koi carp: koi produce a very high organic load — for a koi pond, a much larger capacity filter is needed. Replace the UVC lamp every 12 months to maintain maximum effectiveness against suspended algae, even if it visually appears to be still working. The included pump is perfectly sized for the filter's flow rate: do not replace it with more powerful pumps to avoid reducing the water's contact time with the filter materials and the UVC chamber.
