OCEANLIFE IODINE

It has been shown that Iodine is used by many soft corals such as the beautiful Xenia, by many Gorgonian species, by crustaceans such as Lysmata shrimp, by many sponge species and by a very large number of other organisms to perform biological functions of primary importance.
It is also very useful for the maintenance of macroalgae grown in refugiums.
Unfortunately, Iodine is an element that degrades very quickly due to the strongly oxidizing environment in which it is found. It is therefore important to add it constantly to ensure a correct dose of Iodine is always available for the biological needs of the organisms that use it.
Oceanlife Iodine allows you to replenish the Iodine needed by all animals in the simplest way and in the most easily usable form.
Its chelated formulation makes it stable and available for a longer time. However, it is preferable to dose it with the lights off.

Dosage: Measure the Iodine concentration in your tank water and add daily until 0.06 mg/l (ppm) is reached.
Do not overdose for any reason.
Test periodically to maintain the value at the correct level. Keep tightly closed, in a cool place and away from light.
Simplified dosage: 2 ml every two or three days per 100 liters in moderately populated aquariums. In case of higher or lower consumption, modify the quantity or frequency of additions. Preferably dose with the lights off.
