The Connect Deep Pan & Griddle XL Granite Edition features cool-touch low-thermal-conductivity removable handles and a detachable hinge system that transforms one pan into two: a deep-sided pot and a separate griddle.
The griddle acts as a lid on the deeper pot and can be detached to become a separate griddle, allowing you to cook two portions of food simultaneously. The griddle is also interchangeable with the RidgeMonkey Connect Sandwich Toaster XL Granite Edition.
Our brand new granite-style coating makes our pans tougher, more durable, and offers improved non-stick properties, taking cookware to a whole new level.
