The Kontainer System is an intelligent idea that bypasses the problem of having to carry multiple buckets, useful for keeping different types of bait separate.
The Kontainer system has a capacity of 17 litres and comes complete with four separate Kontainers that can each be filled with different baits when you don't want to mix all the bait together, or only want to do so at specific times.
This makes it suitable for situations where you want to bait with different sized baits and allows for easy access to different baits in a single bucket and to mix them when needed. It's also great when using spod mixes that include particles and pellets, which, if mixed in advance, can cause, for example, the hemp to dry out and float or the pellets to dissolve before they even hit the water.
Each Kontainer is airtight and watertight, meaning liquids can be safely stored without fear of spills, and if you have leftover particles at the end of the session, you can simply put the Kontainer in the freezer ready for the next session. On multi-day sessions, you can take out the Kontainers you need from the freezer before you go, so the bait stays fresh longer.
They also feature side markers in 0.25 litre divisions so you can see exactly how much bait you are using and allow for precise spod mixes, with the same proportions of each component every time.
Kontainers are stackable for easy storage and are sold separately, so you can take only the ones you need for the session and leave the rest in the freezer or garage at home. Or in your vehicle in the case of non-perishable bait such as different sized pellets, which is particularly useful when on longer sessions you only want to take the bait you need for that day, then refill it as and when needed. There's nothing worse than barrowing or boating across a lake with a load of different buckets.
