Korda Essentials Splicing Needle / Leadcore Needle

Korda Essentials Splicing Needle is a thin and precise needle, designed to create clean loops when preparing leadcore leaders by hand.

The fine hook with a closure securely holds the leadcore and guides it into the sleeve. This allows you to create uniform and strong loops, reducing the risk of the needle snagging or damaging the material's delicate fibres.

Its thin design makes it particularly versatile: in addition to preparing leaders, it can be used as a hook-closing needle for mounting small hookbaits. A practical and reliable tool to always keep in your tackle box.

The Korda Essentials range

Korda Essentials evolved from the BASIX range and offers reliable and functional equipment without unnecessary components. It is designed for both those new to carp fishing and experienced anglers looking for simple, effective and affordable accessories.
