Shipping costs

All goods are delivered to the customer by courier.

The goods are shipped to the Customer with free packaging and are accompanied by the documents required by law. Surcharges may apply at checkout for certain types of bulky packages.

The goods will be shipped to Porto Franco for amounts exceeding 99.00 euros, unless otherwise indicated. Venice, Livigno, the minor islands, and international shipments are excluded from the terms of sale, as different rates and advance payment apply.

Couriers do not call before delivery. The request to be called before delivery is a paid service provided by the courier. In any case, you will receive an email from the courier regarding the delivery.

Couriers deliver to the ground floor. Delivery to upper floors is not guaranteed and is at the courier's discretion. Please take this into account when making a purchase.

For cash-on-delivery shipments, the package is delivered to the customer's home by the courier, and the Customer will pay the amount indicated on the package in cash

IMPORTANT:

Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check that the packaging is intact, undamaged, neither wet nor otherwise altered, including the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal strapping).

Any damage to the packaging and/or product, or any discrepancy in the number of packages, must be immediately contested by writing RESERVED FOR INSPECTION (specifying the reason for the reservation, e.g., "torn packaging", "damaged packaging", etc.) on the courier's proof of delivery. Once the courier's document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to raise any objection regarding the external characteristics of the delivered items. We accept no responsibility if these instructions are not followed.

EXPRESS COURIER RATES.

€9.00 for orders up to €98.99

Express courier delivery generally takes place 1 or 2 business days after the date of shipment.

For shipments to Southern Italy, the islands, and remote areas, delivery times are generally 2 or 4 business days. Rates for the minor islands are different and will be communicated on a case-by-case basis.

SATISFACTION OR MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

If, for any reason, the customer does not wish to keep the items received, Hobby Pesca & Acquari undertakes to refund or replace them, provided they are returned to Hobby Pesca & A. intact and in their original condition, with the package repackaged and shipped back to Porto Franco. Returns to Porto Assegnato are not accepted.

Hobby Pesca & Acquari guarantees compliance with Law 185 of 22/5/99 on the protection of consumer rights.

The warranty on individual products is subject to the manufacturer's original warranty.
