Guru Tackle A-Class 12'0" 2pc Distance Method Feeder 1-110g (2026)

The A-Class 12' Distance Method is designed for anglers who need greater casting power without sacrificing sensitivity when fighting fish. Built to reach greater distances with ease and precision, it is the ideal next step for larger bodies of water and more demanding feeder fishing situations, where distance, control, and progressive action make the difference. Guru positions this model as a true long-range method rod, capable of exceeding 100 metres without compromising its action.

A-Class Feeder Range

The A-Class Feeder range has been developed to offer anglers a selection of reliable, affordable, and highly versatile rods for every aspect of modern feeder fishing. From short-range fishing on commercial waters to dedicated long-distance casting, the range covers compact feeder tactics, all-purpose method fishing, and extreme-distance applications, maintaining a progressive action when fighting fish and the intuitive performance that characterises the entire A-Class range.

Built with 24/30T carbon blanks, the A-Class Feeder rods strike an excellent balance between strength, responsiveness, and reduced weight. The blank is precise and efficient during the cast, while retaining the progressive, cushioning action needed to fight fish safely. Across the entire range, the rods feature anti-tangle guides with stainless steel fittings to improve line flow and reduce tangles, with slim aluminium oxide inserts for smooth casting performance, reduced friction, and greater durability.

The TVS bottom-lock reel seat ensures a secure and stable reel attachment, while the EVA foregrip improves comfort and control during casting, retrieving, and fighting fish. This is paired with an AA cork Armlock handle, shaped to rest naturally against the forearm for optimal support when casting. An exclusive Guru EVA butt grip completes the handle design, adding durability, comfort, and a reliable grip in all conditions.

Each rod comes with two A-Class DT tips, specially selected to meet the power and demands of long-distance fishing, ensuring that each rod is perfectly matched to its intended use.
